ITILFoundationpreferred.

Responsibilities:

Supporttimelyandconsistenthandlingofincidents,investigations,andrelatedcasework.
Ensurecasesaretriagedandprogressedinlinewithexpectations,highlightinggapsinspeed,quality,orprocess.
Performrootcauseanalysisandidentifytrendsacrossincidentsandrecurringissues.
Provideanalyticalinsightsthathelpprioritisefixesandimprovements.
Contributetoimprovementsthatresolveissuesmorequickly.
