Our client, an award-winning SaaS organization, is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract in Central London with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
The role requires experience in incident management, investigations, or an analytical role in a service environment, along with strong analytical skills in tools like Google Workspace and Tableau.
Candidates should be comfortable using operational tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Jira, with the ability to identify patterns in data and provide actionable recommendations.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year and prefers candidates with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, along with an ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities:

Supporttimelyandconsistenthandlingofincidents,investigations,and relatedcasework.
Ensurecasesaretriagedandprogressedinlinewithexpectations, highlightinggapsinspeed,quality,orprocess.
Performrootcauseanalysisandidentifytrendsacrossincidentsand recurringissues.
Provideanalyticalinsightsthathelpprioritisefixesandimprovements withProductandEngineering.
Contributetoimprovementsthatresolveissuesmorequickly.
