About Us:Our client is a leading organisation seeking a skilled Payments Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic payment control solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Solution Leads to coordinate and articulate the execution strategy and implementation approach for strategic payment control solutions.
  • Partner with technology teams and various lines of defence to synchronise execution, expose dependencies, evaluate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Drive best practise execution and promote standardisation and consistency within payment control solutions.
  • Ideate improvements and coordinate relationships with related programmes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all process and technology implementations meet Operations' outcomes, including a safe, efficient, client-centred, functionally complete, and extensible design.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure collaborative buy-in across teams.
  • Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making to address challenges during implementation.
  • Experienced in building and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • High emotional intelligence to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Operations and Technology functions with significant experience in large, complex implementation and transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, programme management, and business analysis.
  • Proficient in change management with a strong understanding of payment flows, types, and messaging.
  • Familiarity with Markets, SSO, TTS, and Lending products, as well as a solid grasp of Systems
