Senior Finance Analyst

A Local Authority in North West London are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst on an Interim basis. Spencer Clarke Group are working with the client to find the successful candidate.

What's on offer:

  • Rates: £45 - £49.50 per day, inside IR35.

About the role:

In the role as a Senior Finance Analyst for within the housing companies finance team you will be responsible for delivering timely and high-quality business planning and financial reporting.

Based in North West London (Hybrid):

Responsibilities:

  1. Regular financial reporting and analysis.
  2. Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities.
  3. Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the company boards.
  4. Exploring and negotiating funding for capital acquisitions from the shareholder or other stakeholders.
  5. Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making.

About you:You will have the following experience:

  • Qualifications: CCAB-qualified accountant
  • Knowledge: evidence of significant relevant continuing professional development (CPD)
