Senior Financial Analyst (12 Months Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid Working - 2 days onsite)

Salary: £500-£600 per day

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join an FP&A team on a 12 months interim contract. This is a high impact role supporting senior leaders across the tech/IT functions, delivering insight, and analysis at Group level. Based in London, it is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic decision making during a period of change and growth.

The Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with leaders across tech/IT to provide financial guidance and support key decision making. You will lead budgeting and forecasting activity, deliver meaningful analysis and help shape financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial insights
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support planning and investment decisions
  • Produce clear, engaging reports and presentations for senior management
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial processes and reporting

About You

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel financial modelling and data analysis tools
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to engage with non finance stakeholders
  • Highly conversant with finance systems - Oracle would be an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
