Overview

Our client is a leading provider of shared communications infrastructure, working at the forefront of connectivity to support smart cities, transport networks, and large venues across the globe. With cutting-edge solutions and a strong commitment to innovation, they play a key role in enabling next-generation digital experiences.

They are in the process of building out a business-as-usual (BAU) team to support its Workday Finance platform. This team will handle ongoing issues, enhancements, release cycles and broader digital transformation activity as the company rolls out Workday ERP across global markets.

This role requires someone confident in taking ownership, working cross-functionally, and implementing system changes in a centralised, structured way.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Workday Finance experience - hands-on configuration, enhancement and release support
  • Strong functional understanding of finance & accounting - ability to work closely with finance stakeholders
  • Global change/transformation - Experience working in global rollout or digital transformation programmes
  • Experience in Adaptive Planning or Workday Strategic Sourcing - for configuration, resolution, change management
  • Self-starter mindset - someone who can take initiative and run with enhancements and roadmap items
  • Flexibility with global time zones - may occasionally liaise with International teams like US and HK.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Finance/accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA/CIMA)
  • Prior experience in a BAU/continuous improvement environment
  • Experience working alongside or coordinating with external partners (Testing etc)
