- Oversee daily profit and loss production and reporting processes.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports to stakeholders.
- Perform detailed analysis on trading performance and related metrics.
- Collaborate with trading desks to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance financial controls and processes within the organisation.
- Support month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and audit requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team.

A successful AVP-Product Control should have:
- A strong background in Product Control (ideally Capital markets and Structured products), particularly within the Investment Bank or Brokerage space.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- In-depth knowledge of product control processes and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and analytical tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Python / SQL or Alteryx preferred but not a must.
