Job Title: Group Risk Account Handler
Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience, ability, and skill level)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group Risk Account Handler to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Group Risk / Health & Private Medical Insurance within a brokerage setting.
You will primarily handle renewals, while also picking up some new business opportunities.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience dealing with Group Risk / Health & Private Medical Insurance as a broker – this is essential.
- Account Executive experience within a brokerage.
- GCSE Maths & English.
- Detailed knowledge of health/private medical insurance.
- Specific broker experience in this industry.

Salary Guidance
- £30k level – Minimum 2 years as a broker with solid ability.
- Upper range (£55k) – 6–7+ years’ experience with proven success in providing high-value advice to clients and demonstrating strong capabilities.
Working Hours & Location
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hybrid working – WFH allowed
