This newly established boutique property finance firm is already making impressive progress, having launched off the back of long-standing industry relationships and a wealth of experience. The business delivers bespoke financing solutions to high-net-worth and international clients, covering residential, buy-to-let, and commercial property finance, alongside life, protection, and general insurance.

By working closely with FX partners, solicitors, and tax advisors, they provide clients with an integrated, end-to-end service across the full property transaction lifecycle. With a forward-thinking, relationship-led approach and a commitment to excellence, this firm is carving out a strong reputation in the specialist finance space.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be the first hire in a growing firm, working directly with highly respected and experienced Directors. You’ll start in a junior role and receive comprehensive training across mortgage administration, client relationship management, application submission, and CRM systems, with a clear path mapped out towards paraplanning and eventually advisory status.

All industry qualifications (CeMAP) will be fully funded, and the role offers exposure to a range of client scenarios, markets, and travel opportunities both across the UK and internationally, including countries such as Dubai, Jordan, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mortgage brokers with administration and client communications• Liaise with lenders and solicitors to progress applications• Maintain and update the CRM system• Chase clients for documentation and assist with case preparation• Learn how to structure and submit mortgage applications• Travel occasionally with the Directors to introducer meetings and events

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in sports and a competitive mindset is essential • Personable, well-presented and articulate and able to represent the business professionally• Hungry to learn, fast on the uptake, and motivated to grow in the mortgage/lending sector• Passionate about a long-term career in finance, with a strong work ethic• Language skills (e.g. Arabic, Turkish, Cantonese, Mandarin) would be beneficial, being fluent in English is essential
