An opportunity to join a first class well established brokerage in the heart of the City of London is now available. This company employ over 60 mortgage brokers, financial advisers and all support staff.
The base salary is £45,000 ( negotiable ) with a realistic OTE at £75,000. You do NOT need to bring your own clients.
THE ROLE
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice and in the position of an employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, where performance in delivering client focused solutions and submitting and issuing compliant and excellent quality business will be recognised and rewarded
- All clients will be provided, and the post holder will be required to follow up on referral clients
- Full 1 to1 administration support is provided.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Proven Client Relationship Management experience, including ability to quickly establish and develop relationships
- Ability to identify client needs, assimilate product information and give relevant and compliant advice to clients
- IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
- High level of numeracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and deliver client focused solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CeMap.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3 years previous mortgage and protection sales experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of UK mortgage market and lender criteria
- Protection Product Knowledge.
