About the Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
This is a self-employed, fully remote Mortgage and Protection Broker role focused on residential mortgage cases averaging £400k+. You’ll receive a consistent flow of warm inbound leads, returning clients, and the option to bring your own referrals. Admin support is provided after submission, so you can focus on what you do best — advising.Work from anywhere — as long as you’re getting the job done, you’ve got total flexibility.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
- Advise on residential mortgage and protection cases
- Handle a mix of warm company leads, repeat business, and personal referrals
- Deliver holistic advice, cross-selling protection where appropriate
- Submit high-quality applications with admin support post-submission
- Manage your own diary, workflow, and performance remotely
Mortgage and Protection Broker Package & Earning Potential

Mortgage and Protection Broker Skills & Experience Required
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 12-18 months’ experience as a mortgage adviser
- Experience in residential mortgages and protection advice
- Self-motivated, personable, and confident working remotely
- Able to manage workflow and client relationships independently
