We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior Investment Brokerto join our fast-paced, target-driven sales team.

The ideal candidate will be a natural closer with a strong track record of converting leads over the phone, particularly in high-value or investment-related industries.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is comfortable working with warm and qualified leads, and knows how to build rapport quickly and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and convert warm inbound and pre-qualified outbound leads

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospects and follow up on previous conversations

  • Present products and investment opportunities in a clear, compelling manner

  • Build strong client relationships through expert communication and consistent follow-up

  • Manage CRM and pipeline data accurately and efficiently

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. marketing, compliance) to streamline the sales process

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, ideally within financial services, investment, or high-ticket industries

  • Exceptional closing skills with a proven record of exceeding targets

  • Confident, articulate, and persuasive communication style

  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated

  • Strong organisational and CRM management skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
