We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior Investment Brokerto join our fast-paced, target-driven sales team.
The ideal candidate will be a natural closer with a strong track record of converting leads over the phone, particularly in high-value or investment-related industries.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is comfortable working with warm and qualified leads, and knows how to build rapport quickly and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
Key Responsibilities:-
Engage and convert warm inbound and pre-qualified outbound leads

Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospects and follow up on previous conversations

Present products and investment opportunities in a clear, compelling manner

Build strong client relationships through expert communication and consistent follow-up

Manage CRM and pipeline data accurately and efficiently

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Liaise with internal departments (e.g. marketing, compliance) to streamline the sales process

Minimum 2 years of experience in phone-based sales, ideally within financial services, investment, or high-ticket industries

Exceptional closing skills with a proven record of exceeding targets

Confident, articulate, and persuasive communication style

Resilient, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated

Strong organisational and CRM management skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
