Role: Account Director- Customer Retention and Growth

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: 75,000 Base + Comms

Role Overview:

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in retaining and expanding the member base, driving account strategies, and ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams, the goal is to manage commercial relationships while securing renewals and uncovering up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Research teams to deliver maximum value to clients.
  • Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives to drive account renewals and growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by up-selling services and achieving 100% renewal of ARR.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in Enterprise SaaS, subscription, or research sales, preferably with C-suite clients.
  • Proven success in closing six-figure deals and working with procurement teams.
  • Strong account management, negotiation, and communication skills.
