Accounts Supervisor - MusicWe are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their creative-focused team working with music clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA professional with 1-2 years' post-qualification experience who thrives in a collaborative and client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts, coordinating with internal teams for final reviews.
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance efficiency both internally and for clients.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, VAT, FEU, and CT61 returns.
- Prepare comprehensive client meeting packs and agendas.
Who You Are
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable working across teams.
- Skilled in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Your Experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified with 1-2 years' PQE.
- Solid background in practice, managing a varied client portfolio.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero; Caseware experience is a plus.
- Accounts exposure to music clients is needed

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm
- Hybrid: 3+ days in the office, 2 days remote
