- Developing and updating risk and compliance policies to align with local laws and global standards
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance across the board
- Supporting regulatory analysis and policy development in line with new requirements
- Using digital tools and SharePoint to help manage policies and processes
- Participating in compliance monitoring and control testing
- Assisting with compliance reporting and stakeholder queries
- Has a solid understanding of AML and regulatory frameworks (especially in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI—UK/EU a bonus)
- Is comfortable working independently and digging into regulatory detail
- Has top-tier written communication and attention to detail
- Brings a collaborative, proactive approach and solid organisational skills
