Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a Financial Services firm to recruit an Associate Director, Investment Operations based in London.
Position summary:This role supports front office teams and external fund boards to ensure smooth deal execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with Fund Boards, internal and external stakeholders, and managing the end-to-end transaction process.
The position requires:
- Balancing commercial objectives with a strong risk-managed approach,
- Overseeing deal execution across multiple funds,
- Handling banking negotiations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with legal, banking, administrative, and regulatory teams to support investments across jurisdictions.
- Maintaining robust controls, clear documentation, and sharing knowledge with the Operations team.

Preferred Profile
- ACA, ACCA from practice
- Strong academic background
- Minimum 3 years post qualification

They are offering a very competitive package:
- Base salary £100,000 - £130,000 (depending on relevant experience)
- Discretionary bonus

- Hybrid working model.
