Role Responsibilities
- Plan and lead audits from scoping to final review across a varied portfolio
- Review working papers, provide feedback, and guide junior colleagues
- Manage client communication, attending meetings and helping present solutions
- Help streamline internal audit processes and contribute to improving quality standards
- Support business development, tender submissions, and proposals
- Begin to build and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP, with some exposure to IFRS
- Experience managing audits for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and group structures
- Comfortable mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Organised, collaborative, and keen to make a positive impact in and outside the workplace
- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
