Global Manufacturing & Distribution | PE-Backed | c.£200m Turnover
Location: UK (Flexible with Travel)
Package: £200k-£250k Base Salary + Bonus + Equity
A high-growth, international manufacturing and distribution group with revenues of £200m is seeking a Commercially-astute CFO to partner with the CEO and PE investors to drive the next phase of growth and value creation.
Backed by a leading private equity firm, the business operates across multiple international markets, with a strong customer base, scalable operations, and a clear roadmap for organic and acquisitive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and PE stakeholders.
- Lead all financial operations: planning, budgeting, reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and controls.
- Develop and drive KPIs, MI, and board reporting to support data-led decision-making.
- Support and evaluate international M&A opportunities and integration.
- Enhance financial processes and systems to support scalability.
- Lead and develop the finance function across global operations.
- Drive performance improvement, working cross-functionally to optimise margin and cash generation.
- Prepare the business for a successful exit within the PE lifecycle.
- Proven CFO (or strong No.2) within a PE-backed business
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution, ideally with global operations.
- Strong commercial mindset, hands-on approach, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Track record of leading finance in high-growth or transformation settings.
- M&A experience - deal execution and post-merger integration.
- Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.
