Description
- Analyse financial performance and prepare forecasting models for senior stakeholders.
- Become the primary business partner across Sales & Marketing.
- Take ownership of the customer P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the Financial Controller by producing timely reports.
- Proactively identify areas for streamlining and optimising.
- Support junior team members with producing reports.
- Deliver insightful financial reports to drive business decisions.
- Monitor financial trends within the FMCG industry.
Profile
The successful Commercial Finance Business Partner will be:
- Qualified in Accountancy (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Highly commercial in their approach to work, with a track record working in similar roles.
- From a company within the FMCG/Retail industry.
- Competent in driving the business forward, identifying areas for improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied position.
- Proficient in FP&A, financial forecasting and financial analysis.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
