We’re hiring a Commercial Director, which is a key leadership role within a newly formed commercial structure, spanning several integrated divisions under one roof, delivering award-winning solutions for some of the world’s most influential brands.

You’ll be the Commercial Partner to agency leadership, responsible for driving top-line performance, shaping commercial strategy, and playing a central role in pitches and key client negotiations. You won’t be tied to back-office finance or P&L ownership—instead, you’ll work horizontally across practices

The role :

  • You will play a key role in managing major clients and relationships at commercial level
  • Negotiating on new and existing client contracts with a focus on margin and profitability

  • Partner with senior client leads, offering commercial counsel and clarity

  • You will help shape a broader commercial portfolio strategy across practices

The Person:

  • Deep understanding of commercial dynamics in a creative or media-led environment

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Experience influencing stakeholders, shaping deals, and driving margin improvement
