- Conducting targeted desktop research to identify suitable sell-side opportunities.
- Building and maintaining prospect lists using lead generation platforms and CRM tools.
- Crafting and executing outbound marketing campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.
- Booking meetings (in time perhaps leading these) and generating qualified leads for the deal team.
- Support wider origination initiatives including event follow-ups and database management.
- A proven background in sales or business development, ideally in a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset and tenacious approach to prospecting.
- Familiarity with M&A or private capital markets is advantageous but not essential.
- Comfortable using CRM and lead generation tools such as Beauhurst, Pitchbook, or similar.
