I am on the hunt for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager with experinece as a Real Estate Specialist to join my client's rapidly growing Real Estate Corporate Tax Team. You'll play a pivotal role in advising and supporting an expanding portfolio of real estate clients, particularly Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), by working directly with Partners on complex tax matters and business development initiatives.

Salary: up to £95,000!
Your Role:
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Manage your own portfolio of real estate clients, delivering both corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
- Lead complex consultancy and transactional work, including tax structuring and due diligence for M&A activity.
- Drive client engagements, from group tax planning and capital allowances to Property Income Distribution (PID) and REIT financial reporting.
- Act as a strategic adviser on UK REITs, large property groups, real estate funds, and non-resident landlord structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional specialist teams to deliver seamless, integrated advice.
- Guide and develop junior staff through coaching, delegation, and performance management.
- Work with senior leadership on business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities across the UK real estate market.
About You:
You are a proactive and commercially astute professional with:
- Significant experience in real estate corporate tax, ideally with a focus on REITs.
- A proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and delivering strategic tax advice.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
- The confidence and professionalism to engage credibly with clients, Partners, and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, with a flair for innovative thinking and problem solving.
- CTA and/or ACA qualification (preferred).
