Credit Control Manager - Remote
Location: London/SussexSalary: Up to £40,000Hybrid: (Remote/Hybrid - 1-2 office days per month)

This forward-thinking business are now looking for a Credit Manager to build on their success and as they continue to scale.
Job Requirements
As Credit Manager, you will:
- Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely debt collection
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Drive strategies to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow
- Oversee client contract renewals and support upsell opportunities
- Manage manual billing and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Handle billing queries, reconciliations, and reporting in coordination with the finance team
- Support ongoing process improvement and system enhancements
Systems:
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential
- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
Person Requirements
This Credit Manager role will suit someone who is:
- Currently a Senior Credit Controller or Credit Team Leader
- Experienced in managing their own ledger and supervising 1-2 staff
- Analytical, organised, and detail-focused
- Confident communicating across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional office presence
- Proactive in improving processes and adding value
