Job Requirements

As Credit Manager, you will:

  • Oversee credit control processes, ensuring timely debt collection
  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Drive strategies to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow
  • Oversee client contract renewals and support upsell opportunities
  • Manage manual billing and ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
  • Handle billing queries, reconciliations, and reporting in coordination with the finance team
  • Support ongoing process improvement and system enhancements

Systems:

  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite essential
  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred

Person Requirements

This Credit Manager role will suit someone who is:

  • Currently a Senior Credit Controller or Credit Team Leader
  • Experienced in managing their own ledger and supervising 1-2 staff
  • Analytical, organised, and detail-focused
  • Confident communicating across departments and with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional office presence
  • Proactive in improving processes and adding value
