They are currently seeking a Credit Policy Manager to join their London team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various initiatives aimed at strengthening and improving the credit risk management framework in line with relevant regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

As a Vice President - Credit Policy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of a robust credit risk management framework for the EMEA region. You will establish and maintain regional credit policies in line with regulatory standards, ensuring consistency across all divisions. Your role will also involve contributing to various initiatives aimed at strengthening the credit risk management framework. In addition, you will work closely with Risk specialists across the region and globally, sharing best practices and developing effective risk policies. Your proactive approach will be crucial in managing the continued integration of Bank and Securities with the One MUFG approach.

  • Develop robust credit risk management framework for EMEA region
  • Maintain and manage EMEA Regional Credit Policy, procedures and tools
  • Undertake various projects to enhance credit risk management
  • Establish and maintain regional credit policies to relevant regulatory standards
  • Work in partnership with Risk specialists across the region and globally
  • Contribute to credit related projects within EMEA as well as bank-wide ones
  • Manage the continued integration of Bank and Securities with the One MUFG approach

What you bring:

You have a proven track record of developing or applying credit policies in a financial services context. Your thorough understanding of financial products and processes will be key in this role.
