Communicate has partnered with a fast growing, asset-rich energy business in their search for an EMEA Finance Director. The region is well established with operations spanning UK and Ireland, and the larger Group being a well-known global player across the energy supply-chain.

The role will report directly into the Group CFO and hold responsibility for heading up the regions finance function, whilst managing a dynamic, forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have demonstrated leadership capabilities at a senior finance leadership level in past roles.

You will be a prominent member of the finance leadership team and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders along with the entire finance function.

The position is ideally suited to any individual aiming for career development and progression in a company that has strong reputation in the market and ample opportunity for internal development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Full ownership of a regional finance function

- Involvement in senior finance level decision making

- Significant exposure to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements for the role:

- ACA/ACCA qualified, Big 4 trained

- Finance director experience in an Asset heavy industry

- Strong commercial and technical skills

- Experience leading successful teams from a senior finance position
