They are experiencing rapid growth and are building a sensational team of ambitious, collaborative, and talented individuals. They are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Finance Business Partner with an accounting background to join their Product team. This role is crucial in supporting client onboarding, particularly when complexities arise related to integrations, data handling, tax rules, charging tax at checkout, and nuanced tax registrations.
What you'll do:

Support new client onboarding by addressing integration complexities and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data onboarding into the platform.

Work closely with clients and internal technical teams to integrate and configure e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and accounting systems.

Provide feedback and insights based on client interactions to support the development of new features, improve existing functionality, and enhance internal onboarding processes.

Assist in handling technical support tickets and resolving issues that arise during or after the onboarding process.

Your insights and hands-on experience will help shape the future of the platform as they continue to deliver the most advanced and user-friendly sales tax product in the world.
What you bring:

Newly qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, CPA) or similar.

Excellent academic record in school and university.

Strong interest in technology applications.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to develop and implement their own projects and workload.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-focused.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) is desirable.

Experience or exposure to tax compliance tools and software is desirable.

Understanding of international indirect tax frameworks (Sales tax, VAT, GST) is desirable.
