- Provide financial leadership for designated areas of the university
- Primary responsibility for all costings and financials for new and existing partnerships / joint ventures / and new business initiatives
- Provide analysis on month end, forecast and planning numbers
- Seek out and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes, reporting, cost savings and increased profitability
- Provide complete business finance support, from outset to implementation, for new programmes/collaborations proposals
- Provide business finance support for the annual business plans
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong business relationships
- Previous experience of commercial finance, business case development and pricing strategies
- Previous experience of analysing, reporting and interpreting financial information in commercial scenarios
- Systems improvement experience
- Ability to work in a proactive, independent and dynamic way
- £55,000 salary
