Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner/ FP&A - Leading a Team of 3
Grafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Manager for a Finance Business Partnering team for a reputable company with offices in London. Through the delivery of insight and complex analysis the Manager is responsible for significantly impacting several areas of this business.
Some of the key deliverables include:
- You’ll lead your team in providing forecasting, reporting of costs, opex control and maximising gross margin for several areas of the business.
- You’ll oversee the annual business planning process liaising with other finance teams to ensure an effective and efficient process.
- You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with the Senior Business Leaders that you support.
The successful candidate must be:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is highly numerate and analytical
- Previous experience leading a Finance Business Partnering team of 2+ is essential and needs to be evident on your cv. This role is for an experienced supervisor/manager.
- Experience of significant and complex financial planning and budgeting.
- An appreciation of IFRS 15 and IFRS 9 is a distinct advantage (please detail on your cv)
- In return for your knowledge and experience you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package.
For your experience and qualifications, you’ll receive a salary of £75-£90,000, plus % bonus and generous benefits. The role is largely home based with 2 days per month in London.Â
