We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT managed service provider for the role Finance Director.This is a great opportunity to join a leading provider who provide IT services to global clients. The role offers the chance to shape financial direction and support continued growth in a collaborative, insight-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Shaping the business’s strategic direction and growth plans
- Leading the finance team across the following functions; management accounts, board reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs), cash flow oversight, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and project profitability analysis
- Overseeing stakeholder relationships and ensuring strong, effective communication across key internal and external partners
- Recruiting, mentoring, and managing finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development
- Delivering training, conducting performance reviews, maintaining motivation, and supporting employee well-being
- Fostering a collaborative team culture while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified)
- Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions
- Experience leading a finance team
