About The Role:

The successful candidate will be part of the International FP&A team who are responsible for over 15 businesses, throughout Europe with revenues of $300m.

The overall responsibility of the Finance Manager will be to provide robust business partnering to commercial leaders by providing insightful financial analysis and ad hoc support.

The role will be responsible for forecasting, tracking and analysing financial performance against plan and strategic objectives for specific geographies within the Group.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Support preparation of annual budgets with monthly updates, working closely with the Senior Finance Director and commercial leaders in the business to ensure that all KPI's are forecast accurately
  • Report and communicate key performance indicators to monitor and drive positive change
  • Build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Preparation and monitoring of monthly reporting packs, ensuring queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide support to the client management and sales teams on new business opportunities, with financial models produced to aid decision making
  • Collate and analyse large data sets in Excel using advanced functions
  • Further analysis and project work as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate to all levels of the business
  • Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results

Advantageous Skills and Experience:

  • TM1 knowledge an advantage but not necessary
