Finance Manager | Fast Growth Music Talent Agency | London

Harmonic are thrilled to be working with one of the leading Music Talent Agencies in the search for their first Finance Manager in an exciting period for the business. This is the third hire since the start of 2025, with further plans to build out further this summer.

The Company:

After several previous acquisitions and partnerships in the last 5 years, the company are experiencing fantastic growth and require a Finance Manager to help facilitate this upward scaling.

Based in London's Soho with a vibrant and modern office space, the company's modern approach to working life also offer a hybrid role. There is a strong family feel to the team who enjoy regular social activities together.

The Role:

This is a newly created role in line with the rapid scaling of the business. Reporting into a Finance Director and supporting the Managing Director, there is a real culture of internal development and progression in place, offering exciting opportunities to driven and ambitious candidates.

As the Finance Manager you will be reporting directly to the company's MD, offering great exposure to senior level management. With headcount at 25, the business continues to grow with both turnover and headcount forecasted to increase, with future opportunities to manager and mentor junior finance colleagues also in the pipeline. The finance team foster an extremely open working culture, with an emphasis placed on collaboration and adding to the community feel of the business.

Duties:

  • Manage cash flow for the business
  • Regular up to date reporting back to board level
  • Leading on budgeting and forecasting
  • Take full responsibility for producing the management accounts
  • Payroll
  • VAT Returns
  • Preparing accounts for audit

What we need to see (essential):

  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified / Finalist
  • Strong IT and Excel skills

What we need to see (bonus):

  • Creative arts background (Music, TV&Film, Theatre, Performing Arts etc)
  • Natural love and interest in music

Salary: Up to £75,000
