We’re recruiting for a talented Finance Manager to play a key role in a rapidly expanding not-for-profit organisation based in central London. This is a dynamic, hybrid role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to be part of an ambitious and supportive team.

The key duties of this Finance Manager are as follows:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, VAT, statutory accounts, and audit, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation and its subsidiaries.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments and entities to provide financial guidance, strengthen governance, and support sustainable growth.

This is more than just a Finance Manager role. It’s a chance to join a respected, mission-driven organisation at a pivotal moment of growth. • Proficiency in financial software and Excel (e.g. VBA, Pivots, Lookups, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple entities or subsidiaries (preferably international).
  • Understanding of partial VAT exemptions and intercompany processes.
  • Ideally, a background working in the not-for-profit sector but this is by no means essential.
