A prestigious luxury hotel group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of circa 10. This is a critical role overseeing transactional finance and managing the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews.
Essential Requirements:
- Hospitality or hotel experience
- Proven team management experience
- Strong month-end reporting background
- Part-Qualified, Newly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance team (AP, AR, Payroll, Income Audit)
- Manage the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance
- Manage journal entries, cash flow, and P&L reporting
- Partner with operations to drive financial control and performance
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
