A prestigious luxury hotel group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of circa 10. This is a critical role overseeing transactional finance and managing the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hospitality or hotel experience
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong month-end reporting background
  • Part-Qualified, Newly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the finance team (AP, AR, Payroll, Income Audit)
  • Manage the full month-end process, including journal entries, P&L, and balance sheet reviews.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance
  • Manage journal entries, cash flow, and P&L reporting
  • Partner with operations to drive financial control and performance
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
