Finance Manager - Property/ Construction - 6 month contract - 55k (pro rata) - Hybrid: 2-3 days in City of London Office

I am currently working alongside a property/ construction organisation where they are looking for a finance manager/ Accounts Payable manager to join their growing finance team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations such as AP/AR, management accounts
  • Working across high-volume transactions
  • Managing all aspects of financial management and ensuring financial procedures
  • Conducting monthly tasks such as bank reconciliations, VAT returns and expenses
  • Day
  • Dealing with the suppliers and their queries
  • Knowledge of CIS (Tax system Support, develop, and maintain SLAs and KPIs to track, control, and improve performance

Experience Required for the Role:

  • Part-qualified accountant or QBE
  • Experience in purchase ledger within the construction industry and knowledge of requirements surrounding the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
  • Experience in managing AP / AR teams
  • Ideally working within the property/construction industry
