A fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation, currently at 14M revenue, with plans to expand to 20M this financial year through organic growth and acquisitions. They operate across multiple business entities and is structured to support this ambitious growth. This role will be working alongside a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, another Finance Manager, and two Finance Assistants.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations for two businesses (circa 6milln t/o), supporting the business as it scales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practical, ambitious individual eager to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial activities for two business units
- Manage month-end reporting, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Work closely with the Financial Controller on budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team and the other Finance Manager
- Lead and support two Finance Assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Support the system transition, optimising financial processes
- Provide insights to help drive financial efficiency and scalability
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and contribute to growth strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Industry experience working in a creative agency or equivalent
- Revenue recognition
