Finance Manager

Your new companyA fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation, currently at £14M revenue, with plans to expand to £20M this financial year through organic growth and acquisitions. They operate across multiple business entities and is structured to support this ambitious growth. This role will be working alongside a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, another Finance Manager, and two Finance Assistants. Your new roleAs a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations for two businesses (circa £6milln t/o), supporting the business as it scales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practical, ambitious individual eager to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities for two business units
• Manage month-end reporting, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Work closely with the Financial Controller on budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with the finance leadership team and the other Finance Manager
• Lead and support two Finance Assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Support the system transition, optimising financial processes
• Provide insights to help drive financial efficiency and scalability
• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and contribute to growth strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Industry experience working in a creative agency or equivalent
