Description
As the Finance Manager based in Hammersmith, West London you will be responsible for
Reporting to the Finance Director of a small finance team you will be responsible for
- Preparation of company management accounts, budgets and financial statements with the Finance Director
- Accruals and prepayments
- VAT returns
- Posting month-end, weekly and year-end journals
- Purchase ledger: processing invoices, weekly payment runs
- Sales ledger: transfer pricing calculations, raising invoices, chasing payments
- Payroll: ensuring monthly payments are made on time, issuing tax forms (P45s, P60s, P11ds etc.), maternity/paternity and sickness pay, onboarding new staff on the system
- Expense Approvals
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc analysis / projects
Profile
- Experience in a similar role
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- A willingness to learn and develop skills
Job Offer
- Salary £60k - £70k
