SF Recruitment are currently working with a commercial real estate enterprise based in Central London who are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Finance Manager will lead all financial operations and strategy for the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial planning. This role includes managing the finance team, overseeing daily financial tasks (accounts, payroll, pensions), and using Sage 50 for accounting and payroll.
Duties include: - Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, banking, credit cards, and the general ledger - Prepare monthly accounts and liaise with external accountants on annual financial statements - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes - Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making - Oversee payroll and pensions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
Profile: - Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles - Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll, and Excel - Qualified (ideally) or non-qualified - Able to work full-time in the office
