An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a dynamic, award-winning international consultancy with operations across the UK, US, and beyond. This role offers the chance to work in a high-growth, global environment where you will take full ownership of financial operations for multiple entities.

We’re looking for a confident and meticulous finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing cross-border financial operations and who is comfortable navigating both UK and US financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across five UK and US entities.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with UK GAAP and US GAAP (or IFRS).

- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.

- Drive annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles.

- Deliver variance analysis and insightful financial commentary.

You will also be responsible for: 

- Partnering with tax advisors to ensure compliance with UK and US tax regulations and overseeing timely and accurate statutory filings across both regions.

- Manage UK and US payroll processes including regulatory filings.

- Manage and develop one direct report.

Skills required:

- Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

- 5+ years' experience in finance, including international, multi-entity exposure.

- Solid knowledge of UK and US accounting standards.

- Advanced Excel capabilities and strong communication skills.
