Finance Manager - High-Growth Tech Business
Location: Central London (2-3 days in office)

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits Package
A rapidly scaling, PE-backed technology business is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to take the lead on finance operations - with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process - from invoicing and collections to systems improvements and automation
- Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to streamline billing and revenue recognition workflows
- Support Purchase-to-Pay (PTP), month-end close, and intercompany reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet integrity
- Contribute to audit preparation, statutory reporting, and payroll oversight
- Work cross-functionally on business-critical projects, including international expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing OTC processes in a fast-paced, growing organisation
- Solid experience within a similar role either Part Qualified or QBE
- Confident working across multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Strong understanding of financial operations and systems
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with hybrid working and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security clearance
