A rapidly scaling, PE-backed technology business is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to take the lead on finance operations - with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC).

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and improving end to end finance processes in a dynamic and agile environment. The business offers flexible hybrid working, a collaborative culture, and strong opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimise the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process - from invoicing and collections to systems improvements and automation
  • Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to streamline billing and revenue recognition workflows
  • Support Purchase-to-Pay (PTP), month-end close, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet integrity
  • Contribute to audit preparation, statutory reporting, and payroll oversight
  • Work cross-functionally on business-critical projects, including international expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing OTC processes in a fast-paced, growing organisation
  • Solid experience within a similar role either Part Qualified or QBE
  • Confident working across multi-entity and multi-currency environments
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and systems
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with hybrid working and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security clearance
