Finance Manager - London/Hybrid - £65,000 - £75,000 + benefits

Our client, a leading technology business, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in managing the annual audit process, providing technical accounting support, and ensuring best practice across the reporting and control function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual and interim audit processes, ensuring accuracy and high-quality supporting documentation.
  • Deliver consolidated Financial Statements for the group within strict deadlines.
  • Own the preparation of cash flow statements and manage technical areas during month-end, with support from junior staff.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical accounting and reporting queries.
  • Manage tax relationships, coordinating with external advisors on VAT, corporation tax, and transfer pricing.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and manage ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

  • ACA qualified from Practice, preferably from a Top 10 accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience interpreting technical accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage audits and prepare high-quality management papers.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and internal control skills.
