Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the department, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
- Coordinate and lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Develop financial reports for management, highlighting key business metrics
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals (based overseas)
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with business goals
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Demonstrable experience in financial accounting, management accounting and business partnering
- Commercial acumen
- Able to work with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Team player
Job Offer
The Finance Manager position comes with a base salary of £80,000-£90,000, discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and hybrid working.
