Finance Manager Outsourcing- (Creative Division)

The team is seeking a Supervisor with a strong practice background and experience managing a diverse client portfolio. The role involves overseeing statutory and management accounts, bookkeeping, and compliance requirements while liaising directly with clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating tax reviews, streamlining processes, managing deadlines, and preparing reports for client meetings.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, a 3% pension contribution, and a cashback scheme for medical expenses. You'll receive 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and three extra days over the December holidays. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in practice. This Supervisor-level role involves preparing statutory accounts, coordinating disclosure and tax reviews, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities also include managing monthly deadlines, VAT and tax returns, and preparing client meeting materials. Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and Xero is essential, while experience with Caseware is desirable but not required, as training can be provided.
