Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Focus:Take charge of accounts payable functions, including checking invoices and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Reconciliation:Perform reconciliations between third-party data, bank accounts, and the Agresso financial ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Data Management:Enter and check data meticulously, ensuring all income received and expenditure paid is correctly recorded in our financial systems.
  • Collaboration:Build strong working relationships with internal teams and third parties to facilitate smooth processing of income and expenditures.
  • Support:Assist in resolving queries and provide training related to Finance Operations policies and procedures.
  • Reporting:Compile month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations and process income received through various channels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and strong understanding of finance operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (or other Microsoft products) for complex reconciliations and large data sets.
  • Knowledge of bank account management, including reconciliations and transaction queries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and external parties.
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover for team members as needed.
