- Job Title: Finance Operations Officer
- Location: London Bridge Area
- Pay: £16.74 per hour
- Duration: Start ASAP until 25th July. Please note this position is interim cover and the successful candidate has the opportunity to apply for the permanent role.
- Hours: 34.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Work Style: Hybrid (1 day a week in the office or as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Focus:Take charge of accounts payable functions, including checking invoices and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Reconciliation:Perform reconciliations between third-party data, bank accounts, and the Agresso financial ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
- Data Management:Enter and check data meticulously, ensuring all income received and expenditure paid is correctly recorded in our financial systems.
- Collaboration:Build strong working relationships with internal teams and third parties to facilitate smooth processing of income and expenditures.
- Support:Assist in resolving queries and provide training related to Finance Operations policies and procedures.
- Reporting:Compile month-end Balance Sheet reconciliations and process income received through various channels.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and strong understanding of finance operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel (or other Microsoft products) for complex reconciliations and large data sets.
- Knowledge of bank account management, including reconciliations and transaction queries.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and external parties.
- Ability to work flexibly and cover for team members as needed.
