Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - £84,576 - Hybrid - Central London

The OpportunityYolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Not-For-Profit organisation that works to better conditions for health care workers.

We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. the individual will need to possess a recognised CCAB qualification and have worked in the Commercial and not for profit sector with plenty of accountancy experience.

What the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be doingYou will have a group focus and provide day to day leadership to the Business Accounts Team as well as:

  • Manage and motivate the Business Accounting team to create, develop and maintain a finance business partnering orientated customer service
  • Deputise for the Head of Finance at specific meetings / activities as directed by the Head of Finance or in their absence the Chief Financial Officer
  • Liaising closely with the Financial Controller and the Finance Systems team takes overall responsibility for the development of management reporting, information and analysis across the Group.
  • To have overall responsibility for the proactive development of appropriate and informative management reporting.
  • Work closely with the Financial Accountant & Treasury Manager and Financial Controller to support all month end and year end processes, procedures and analysis so they are completed accurately, effectively and to the agreed deadlines.

What the successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will bring to the team:

  • Recognised CCAB accounting qualification
  • Working knowledge of Tax, PAYE and VAT regulations
  • High level of expertise in an accounting software package
  • Extensive experience in management / business partnering roles
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays
  • Experience of creating and delivering training sessions
