We are currently working on an exclusive basis with a high profile Private Bank, who are looking to hire an experienced Leader to their Financial Planning division. This is a growth role, supporting the further expansion of this area of the business.The role will focus on the coaching and development of 10-12 Financial Planners, ranging from relatively junior team members through to highly experienced, accomplished advisers. There is a separate T&C function, enabling this hire to focus on the leadership, performance management and development of the team, as well as playing a key role in stakeholder management across the group. You will ideally come from a first line management background, ideally within the financial planning arm of a private bank, investment house, or similar. The firm are looking for someone proactive, action-orientated, with strong technical knowledge, perhaps with previous experience as a senior adviser themselves. An excellent opportunity to develop your leadership career within a highly distinguished brand.
