A highly regarded accountancy firm based in North London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join their growing audit team, that will focus on their Financial Services clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified audit professional with a strong background in financial services who is looking to take the next step in their career.
What you will be doing as an Audit Manager
- Manage and deliver audit assignments for a portfolio of FS clients (e.g., asset managers, broker-dealers, fintechs, insurance firms)
- Lead and develop audit teams on-site and remotely
- Review work completed by junior staff and ensure standards are met
- Act as a primary client contact throughout the audit process
- Assist Partners with business development, client onboarding, and technical queries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FCA)
What you will need to succeed as an Audit Manager
- ?Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
- A strong and demonstrable background in FS audit
- Confident managing client relationships and leading audit teams
- Commercially minded with a desire to progress to Senior Manager level
- Up-to-date with current audit and financial reporting standards relevant to FS
