I'm working with a well known FS business to recruit a Funds Tax Assistant Manager to join their team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Funds Tax Associate Director in coordinating and managing all aspects of the tax compliance process.

  • Oversee tax compliance across a variety of entities, including:

    • Partnership tax for funds and carried interest vehicles

    • Corporate tax for investment SPVs

  • Manage reporting obligations for international tax regulations

  • Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions

  • Review, finalise, and file tax returns in line with established processes and internal deadlines.

  • Ensure all tax payments are calculated accurately and submitted on time.
