We are an award winning, innovative and young restaurant group operating two high volume and large sites in Central London. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Facilities Manager to oversee all planned, reactive and project maintenance.


Key responsibilities:

Experience of PPM and general maintenance contract operation and contract negotiations.

Manage maintenance, costs whilst ensuring the highest and most cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues.

Schedule, direct and support our Maintenance Manager and external contractors, ensuring quality control and timely completion of maintenance tasks with minimum business disruption.

Ensure full health & safety, legal and environmental compliance.

Conduct regular site assessments to identify potential issues, plan and implement preventative action.

Liaise with the restaurants operations teams and stakeholders on all maintenance matters.

Ensure accurate and legally compliant maintenance records are kept.

Maintain and an appropriate stock inventory to support efficient day-to-day operations.


About You:

Previous multi-site experience in restaurants and/or hotels is highly desirable.

Full understanding of managing high-volume restaurant maintenance with a strong understanding of kitchen equipment.

Previous experience of PPM contract negotiations and management.

Full knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and regulatory compliance.

Experience of managing maintenance projects.

Willingness to support in a hands-on fashion and flexible with travel between sites as required.

Excellent communication skills, IT literate.

Relevant technical qualification.
